If it can not only register .pkt names in .flo, but also pack them before
in two packages - netmail and echomail, like PKTcor.B - then quickly throw it here

Creates a flo with a given name...
But unfortunately it has not yet been released along with the rest of the programs. In fact
there are several programs with batch files for is-dos, cat. allow the "wild" to work on autopilot. You just have to kick Ruiner... ;)
