ATM-turbo 2+

From Wiacheslaw Dubowitsky To All 29 September 2004

Greetings to you All!

Today I looked at the diagram of the subject and was left in a precipitate.
I have never seen such an amount of ancient, awesomely gluttonous, heating up like a stove
logic anywhere. Well, was it really impossible to design a board for CMOS logic?

With respect, Wiacheslaw.

The computer was developed in 1992/93. This was not invented just now. What else do you want?
Then all Spectrums were made on such an elemental base. And of all the microcircuits
only a couple of 155RU2 heat up "awesome", and there are also 2-3 microchips... This is not a hindrance for a computer.

If we accumulate some experience, strength and money to develop a new ATM-turbo
3 model, then there will be CMOS, PLM and PIC and all that necessary.

It is possible. But since producing spectrum iron is unprofitable, then....

Bye, Vladimir.
