500th zone (ZXNet)

If someone is not AKA on ZXNet and you need to respond to someone using soap, do
this:

- when replying to 500:812/*.* in the recipient's address, substitute 2:5030/529.13
- when replying to any other 500:*/*.* - enter 2:5020/689.100

and then your letter will be gated. At 2:5020/689.100 there are nodes and
pointlists of all regions, Netmanager is installed. The machine will figure it out on its own
and will proceed to the right person.

Since the zone was allowed by the moderator, this can be included in the Rules.
