General requirements:
- Maximum size 800x600 pixels,
- scanning is not allowed.
- To confirm the origin of the paintings, authors must
provide for Hand-drawn graphics - 1-2 intermediate phases,
for others - source files (if the volume is > 8MB- bring with you
(CD, HDD)) preferably -PSD, MAX, CDR.
- No mentions of the author are allowed (logos, etc.)
- All graphic works will be shown twice
- Maximum 2 works from the author (for each competition).
- Works with obscene content will not be shown.
- It is also desirable to have an option to work with the author's logo
for subsequent distribution.
- in total, no more than 20 works will be shown.
- file format - TIFF, JPEG.

5. Determination of the winners?
--------------------------+
The winners in each competition are determined by the results of
voting of visitors, who can evaluate each of the works
on a 10-point scale or abstain from rating. The final evaluation of the work is calculated as a truncated average (i.e., rarely occurring evaluations will not be taken into account).
In the case of a large number of visitors, it is not guaranteed that all evaluation sheets will be taken into account, but at least half will be taken into account,
and it is guaranteedtheir random selection.

6. Prizes ?

It is expected that the winners of a significant portion of
competitions will be awarded valuable prizes.
The expected prize fund is ???$.
The winners of the remaining competitions and prize-winners will receive
incentive prizes (CDs, T-shirts with symbols, etc.) All winners
will receive official certificates.

Notes:
- Not works that take last place in their
competition are awarded.
- When distributing valuable prizes, works that no one
represents are ignored. Prizes and certificates are not
sent by mail.
