[0/2] BIOS help

Here it is! Incomplete BIOS document! What is missing: a description of the Disk Manager, a description of the commands and functions of the NeOS command interpreter, and not all the errors yet. System manager will probably continue to expand. Screen
manager has already been completely written, Memory manager is similar. Drivers are successfully called by the number and function code in the C register, functions are now also called perfectly (today I was solving another problem with them). Everything that is described here has already been done (except for the Error
manager) and works great (BIOS is now installed as ROM in the emulator
on which I write and debug all this).
