On the ZX there was such a program Hlas, on the PC - Microsoft speech engine, included
WinXP, the basic synthesizer is so-so, it’s better to find the “Katerina” engine.

As was correctly advised earlier - Microsoft Speech Engine, quite tolerable
screw remedy. The Russian language rapes so much that the hair on your head stands on end

There is also an office that deals with software for speech analysis and synthesis - Nuance (ASR
analysis, RealSpeak synthesis). It's expensive - but I had a chance to work with her,
the impressions are pleasant. The phrase "preved, bear", the infection, says "hello,
bear." And some words with an accent - “wai, daragoy, slyushch, right?”
