IS-DOS + HP

Hello, All!
I just couldn’t get IS-DOS to print on an HP printer. Naked text
prints without problems, except that you have to press it every time
on the corresponding button so that the printer draws in a new sheet. As soon as in the text
print control codes are encountered, the printer starts to drive (naturally,
print.txt has been corrected accordingly). Through trial and error I found that
In order for the printer to begin to understand commands, you must give the command in advance
Ec%-12345@P EcE. How can I submit it in advance? I did this: I printed it to a file, added
manually the necessary line, but it still runs (apparently he specified the wrong commands
in print.txt). I’m not even talking about printing pictures. Is it really possible that no one
has successful experience in operating this type of printers together with
Spectrum? I doubt. Okay, I can do it if I feel like it, and that’s it with RS
print, but we have a person who is specially for his one and only
computer KAY-1024 bought an HP DJ 690C+ printer, what should I do? It's a shame,
such a powerful device and built-in fonts and color graphics and much more
yet, but it’s impossible to use it on the Spectrum (yet?). Maybe someone is full
list of commands (including graphics control commands) of HP control. On the HP website
there is a truncated list, I don’t even understand how to turn off, say, italic or bold
font, there are commands to enable, but what about disabling?Best regards, Stanislav
