I STILL DON’T UNDERSTAND

Hello, scl^mc It turns out that those programs that I have (Spectrum ones, of course) - CAN THEY STILL BE PROTECTED BY THE LAW ON COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS? and so If I still publish these programs, purely legally I will become a human WHO VIOLATED THESE RIGHTS? which means just like zx.da.ru I can totally hit you FULL PROGRAM - i.e. LOSE YOUR DOMAIN NAME (DOmain HOLDER'S REQUIREMENT so that there would be no theft, porn, etc.)?
