What happened?

Hello, another new All! I refilled the black Canon BCI-21b cartridge for the Canon BJC-2100 printer, it I printed, but now the printer does not recognize the cartridge as normally inserted (the head moves, but the carriage remains in the middle even with the lid closed, like as if it was not inserted). When I try to print, a message appears (A BJ cartridge error occurred. Instal the BJ Cartridge propely and close the printer's front cover). It reacts to the opening and closing of the lid (swears when it is not closed cover). Probably, the cartridge leaked and something was covered (how far can it be fixed?). Is the printer itself completely damaged, or can you just buy a new cartridge? (which are BC-21e in the sense). How much does such a printer and cartridge cost now? It hasn't healed at all. Perhaps you don't need to buy Canon :-).
