UPS

Hello All! There is a subject (UPS PLUS 700). Connected via Dumb interface (on COM1). Windows understands the signals for switching to the battery and discharging the battery as they should. But there is a problem with the UPS shutdown signal. Windows should set it and the UPS will turn off. But for some reason Windows doesn’t have time to set it, and just turns itself off. And everything would be fine, but then you have to turn on the computer manually. Otherwise in the BIOS it was possible would indicate turning on when power appears and that’s all, because the UPS after turning off when When electricity is restored, it turns on automatically. But here, with it turned off A computer UPS for standby will work for several hours... How to deal with this?
