You can try first converting the UDI file to TeleDisk via UnrealSpeccy. Press Alt+F1 on the Beta128 tab to open the UDI file, then save in the format TeleDisk. The resulting file can be written to disk with TeleDisk. But I repeat, if the UDI file contained key information in cross-sector intervals, it will not be written to the disk.
