Yes. This is related to Y2k. She writes 104 for a year and shifts all the fields.
However, there is also a patched 1.9.

For some reason I have not seen anything like this, although this has been very active for some time
used the utility. I don’t remember what the biggest glitch is there.

I wrote myself a script in perl. More precisely, not even a script, but a procedure for
generating the header for the .pkt, because this turned out to be the most difficult. Now I use it
her in many of her scripts. I don't think the perl source code will suit you ;)

This only happens if pkt packages are created for tossing
in echo using FASTECHO. Moreover, crooked packets only affect links! To yourself
normal messages are annoying.

The source code in perl is no worse, it is relatively easy to use
expansion and necessary modifications, and most importantly, all questions
like Y2k are passed on to the perl developers. This is bad?
I'm just drawn to glitchy, and most importantly stolen, software...

This is a completely ideologically incorrect utility. A competent solution to this
The task consists of two points:
1. Create a text file representing the letter according to
RFC 2822. Solved by standard processing programs
text files...
2. Convert the received message into fido PKT format.
For SPBZXNET users, point 1 can be replaced with a similar one,
but requiring the creation of letters in text format according to the charter
SPBZXNET.
