Trojan?

A harmless script that does not download anything from the Internet (I specifically looked at code) that simply opens 10 thousand windows in a loop is classified as a Trojan and included in Kaspersky databases. Interesting... Windows 9x will crash after ~4000 GDI objects... And 2000 will simply be devoid of a face, so even C-A-D will be empty. Only in XP this primitive bug was fixed...
