Third IDE on ESS 688/1688

Hello, All! There is a subject. The ESS 1688 audio speaker has on board 4 CD connectors with different interfaces, in including IDE. The interface type and port address are set using jumpers. The problem is that the address can only be set to 300, 320, 340 or 360, IRQ cannot be set at all. For the third IDE you would need 168 or 1E8. Hung the third screw on the subject - Windows does not find it, but it should. The screw is 100% working, checked by port 170. Has anyone managed this? I tried this option - a cartoon from 486. The BIOS screams about conflicts on ports, The screw is still not visible.
