The point is that the text file is converted into compiled WAP files are *.WMLC and can be opened in a browser. In the program There are a number of original ideas - for example, saving space. Russians letters in a mobile phone take up 2-3 bytes, because they are encoded in UTF-8, and English letters are encoded in ASCII and occupy 1 byte. But in this program you can encode in UTF-8 only those letters which have no analogue - such as YTSSHSHCHFYLDZHIA, and others - which have analogue (type UKENHVAROSMT) - use the English analogue, in As a result, the resulting file will not be twice as large original, but one and a half. For mobile phones that do not have Russification (or to save even more space) you can useconversion to transliteration. The program supports both both in Russian and Ukrainian texts. The program has its own graphical interface, it can be run and select the file in it. However, for convenience, the file can be specified on the command line - create a shortcut and place it in SendTo. Now, you can select a file in Explorer, and "send" it to Text2Mobile.
