Changes compared to the previous version: Tcl: 1. Fixed work with binary files containing x1F (^Z) 2. Implemented file volumes and file attributes commands 3. function nl_langinfo now behaves in accordance with the standard (returning an empty string for all categories except CODESET) Ck: 1. Fixed the output of the big Russian Y in 866 encoding (which used to be was output in hexadecimal code (Ck bug) 2. Fixed input of small Russian "r" (bug in PDCurses) -- State Doom Deputy -- [ZX]
