silent!

Hello All!
I bought a _silent_ power supply - Delta DPS-300TB-02. In the beginning when it's just in silence
started it up (short-circuited the green and black wires) - I thought the power supply was dead, because there was silence ;)
Thermal control, huge radiators (it weighs three times heavier than usual),
3 boards inside... In general, it looks convincing...
I measured the voltages - +12.06, +5.06, +3.34, -12.00, +5.11(SB)...
The only problem is that v.2.03 - -5V is not output to the connector (it’s just not
wires)... On the sticker however there are parameters where -5V is...
I wonder what to do?
In principle, specifically on my boards (Chaintech 7AJA2-100, 5ATA) there is no
monitoring -5 and -12 - maybe she doesn’t need them?
Or do you need to output -5V yourself (it should be there IMHO, it’s just that the wire is not
soldered - there is a sticker)?
I rang -5V on the old (5ATA) board - it doesn’t seem to be connected (the multimeter is on
20mOhm sees nothing between ground in both directions)... Only on the ISA slot
coming...
PS I also took a Zalman 6000CU cooler, but it doesn’t fit into my case... I’ll have to
find another high case... So I turned it on - it’s almost inaudible. Soon there will be a computer
absolutely silent!
