As far as I understand, the driver for WinNT is written based on the source text
standard driver, just added advanced functions for disk access
at a low level.

Most likely, this is an ordinary canoe with controllers (the PC controller doesn’t get along well
with disks formatted on zx). you can seal the index hole,
sometimes it helps; but it’s better to format the disk on PC and copy the information to it
by means of zx.
although, if it doesn’t read anything permanently, the BIOS settings are crooked or
the adjustment failed.
