New software for publishing.

Hello, All! Today I used a new, as yet unnamed, layout program from Adobe (let's just say: a new version of PageMaker, but without a name). I agree with the opinions of others experts that this product is a Quark killer (as it was dubbed in America)! I have never seen anything like this: complete freedom of action with text, vector and raster graphics, free editing and creation of vector and raster images... I'm so crazy that I couldn't resist write about it. Used on PowerPC. The final version will be released _immediately for all_ platforms. What pleased me was the PDF document exchange standard. Now we won't be tied to drivers of phototypesetting machines and PS-printers!!! PostScript is dying out independent and hardware-dependent format for publishing. Best regards, Alexey
