modem *2

Hello, All! There are two modems (both internal courier from sprats), com1 and com2. One is highlighted tmyly.nt (OS - Win98SE 4.10.2222.A), another - internet (Advanced Dialer, or standard dialer). I call the Internet, and when I get a message that the login is correct and the connection installed - tmyl crashes with an error in serial.vxd, after which the port hangs, and To start the program you have to reboot :( I tried using com3, com4 - it doesn't change anything. I tried to launch the program after connecting to the Internet - it works, the modem is fine initializes, but cannot connect and crashes when recording statistics error, the terminal works - but does not transfer files.
