J2ME ZX Spectrum emulator for Siemens x65

According to description ("J2ME ZX Spectrum, GameBoy, Nintendo(Dendy) emulator for Siemens x65-75(except s(l)75)") should go. But alas, neither the main midlet nor midlet modules did not want to start: - ReadPlayZX and ReadPlay are arguing - "Cannot create class in system package"; - ZXPlay - says "No such method set FullScreenMode.(Z)V".
