Internet in local...

Hello All! 2 computers are connected to a network. The first one is Win2kSP2, it can make calls to the Internet using a modem, the second one is WinME. What exactly to write down (addresses, etc.) in order to walk freely to the Internet from a second computer (when the first one is already on the Internet)? So far I have only achieved visibility of the disks in both directions via "Client for Microsoft Networks" and NetBEUI... Best regards, Evgeniy.
