ICQ & hackers

Hello All! How is ICQ taken away? I know that you can send a password from a site if a “dead” email is listed in ICQ or not indicated in general... well, you can also get on the computer... Are there any other ways? How to defend yourself? PS I’m not going to take him away, I just took someone I knew recently. I wonder how. There was Primary Email, and it was not taken away.
