GIMP or Photoshop. Training. RUSSIAN!

Press RESET immediately, All! We need a "tutorial" or some kind of documentation for dummies for PhotoShop or GIMP. Definitely NA RUSSKOM YAZYKE! Does this happen? Can I download it on the Internet? Or Maybe they sell some paper books, only normal ones? Question number 2: Photoshop 7.0 has such crap for editing animation, as a separate program. This animation was made there, but how can it be done? export at least *.gif or *.avi? The "Export" item in the menu is faded, not pressed. :-/ I looked, there is no way to export anymore, only SAVE in Photoshop format is available. And GIMP doesn't read it. Question number 3: the same Photoshop being installed under Windows-98SE and Windows-NT 4.0SP6 turns out to be Russian under Win-98 (Russian I didn’t see it with my own eyes) or in English under NT (I saw it). On the disk it is written, that he is Russian. Something is wrong here... How to make it appear everywhere Russian?
