FM tuner and stereo...

And the questions are: - if tuners with _official_ drivers have both FM range - 64-74 and 88-108 (or extended - 64-108)? - (addition to the first question if there is “yes”) if there are tuners receiving on both ranges stereo signal? Because in Russia at 64-74 the system is used polar modulation, and on 88-108 we use a foreign version stereo coding - pilot tone. A few years ago, all tuners only accepted pilot tone. But, for example, non-computer tuners now often accept pilot tone and polar modulation... But what about computer subjects?
