I’m writing a Russian word in the Emax scratch buffer. I highlight. I'm trying to paste
into different programs, the result is this:
xterm and most other programs - all Russian letters disappear.
rxvt -- inserted in iso-8859-5 encoding
xclipboard -- " >> ILLEGAL SELECTION << "
TclTk programs - BHOPNYA
Debian 3.0r0, GNU Emacs 21.2.1 (i386-debian-linux-gnu, X toolkit, Xaw3d
scroll bars) of 2002-03-22 on raven, modified by Debian.
How can I get emacs to work properly with the X clipboard?
PS: can I be seen in ru.gnu and zkhnet.pc?
