The site author has every right to “tailor” his site to certain

So, it is the statistics of the Russian MS website that are the basis for the calculations
what percentage of users use which browser???
And the fact that MS does not allow you to visit other sites is MS’s sexual problems.
Maybe they reduce the load on the server in this way, they say they don’t care about anyone

At the same time, they advertise their browser, and therefore advertise Windows.

Well, yes, it’s bad for those whose browser is not IE. And not according to the standard.

What SCO people allegedly own (i.e. the rights to Unix, which has not yet been proven)
It has been officially published several times in the public domain and in textbooks.
And SCO itself distributed some raw materials under the GPL.
And the piece of code shown to everyone is not only full of errors and cannot exist at all
compiled, is not yet the property of SCO, was given
repeatedly in some textbooks, etc.
And what SCO people said as “evil Linux people copied the code, comments,
even jokes in the comments, but the copyrights were thrown out", in addition to the above example
this caused wild laughter.
Because what was not in the Linux source code on the given “source code” looked
like a crappy text. Those. when typing this text, SCO was chosen
different font, Greek or something...And when “deciphering” this text, it turned out that there were simply comments like
“this is a trial version of transition to something” and all that :)
