████ OS/2 Greetings, All!
I have a computer:
Power supply - AT
Percent - iC-433 MHz
RAM - 128MB
VIA motherboard for socket 370 with two power connectors AT and ATX (from power supply
connected to AT). We could not find any descriptions for the motherboard (1ISA, 1AGP, 4PCI,
2DIMM).
Screw - 40MB Samsung (80-pin cable)
CD-ROM - noname (80-pin cable)
FDD 3.5'
Sound - C-Media PCI
Modem - Conexant PCI
Installed "from scratch" Russian Win98SE. The latest 4in1 is also installed.
Problem: If you do “turn off the computer”, then “shutdown” appears
work...", then a short nasty squeak from the speaker and the computer freezes. That is
You can’t wait for the inscription “now you can turn off the computer’s power.” If at the moment
If this is frozen, press RESET, then the computer does not restart, not even the video card
stops displaying anything on the monitor. Helps turn the power off and on.
Scandisk does not start after this.
Question: I would like to get the message “now the computer can be powered up.”
disable". Jumpers on the MB, BIOS settings, patch/configure Windows?...
Best regards, Felix.

aida32.exe - read what kind of shit it is and what it consists of.
Aida is freckable:
───────────── Cut and save ───────────────
AIDA393.ZIP 3248872 29-Mar-04 [005] Aida v 3.93 enterprise final (winall)
System Information
Attention!!!
Latest version of the best program,
which shows all the information about
computer.
DETAILED iron analysis. Does not require
installations.
There will be NO MORE new versions - project
CLOSED!!!
───────────── Cut and save ───────────────
Then, knowing what kind of mother she is, you look for the document. Although maybe the documents will be enough to search
what Beavis writes when you turn it on?
With best wishes, Vladimir.

I tried this. And aida, and everest, and ct-bios... By the way, ct-bios gave the most
detailed information about the board. It didn't help. At least an hour of Google results
didn't give it.
Best regards, Felix.

That's what he does. I also had a lot of problems with this. On some boards after
installation of the next version, the computer stops turning off (but reboots
normal, so I rebooted it and then immediately turned it off manually).
It was necessary to look from the archives of 4in1 version 4.3x
Or don't install it at all.
Best regards, Evgeniy.

Try enabling ACPI support in the BIOS. Actually, on my old computer it happens
such bullshit, but what's the difference? I heard that the disk has stopped - turn it off.
Let's connect again!!! Bye, Felix!
