"Paragraph" number 2 is out!

In the introductory article, the authors strongly recommend not use the Internet and send them materials on floppy disks to P.O. box, the same place where we send transfers. IMHO, such an approach can discourage authors from sending materials: donate floppy disk, prepare the material, send it, but it... will not be accepted for publication. IMHO, at least the possibility should be preserved consultations with the editors by e-mail and discuss receiving guarantees that the work will not be in vain and the material will be published. On the front page of the newspaper is a rather sickly "Hymn to the Spectrum" from Sergei Gulyaev from the city of Kotlas, the entire spread is the second and the third page is occupied by "drive from Unbeliever" called "Demoscene for Dummies", taken from Born Dead #10, with wishes the author still needs to complete the article.
