───0. Product Info ──-──-─-─-─-─-─-------------- ─ - - - - - -
This program is a collection of graphics from FunTop98
graphics compo. In addition to the works presented directly at
FunTop, it also includes those who are late for compo work. All
graphics, as well as information about the authors of the works and the results of the compo
was provided by Vladimir Bulchykei (Wlodek Black), for which
hey big thanx! :)
───1. Interface and Controls --─-─-------------- ─ - - - - - -
I won’t write much about the interface here: everything is simple, do it yourself
You'll figure it out, they're not small. I'll just say:
√ The keyboard is controlled by the QAOP/M/Space/Enter pedals, as well as
both Sinclairs, and go to the next/previous
picture you can not only in the mode of selection from the list, but also in
viewing mode.
√ Changing the disk driver - key "T" (for more details, see
further).
√ If you are tired of the music, you can shut it up with the "S" key.√ Go into deep TrDoS :-) the “E” pedal will help you.
√ The first column in the list is the place occupied by the work on
FT'98, works with the same number of votes are on
one place.
√ All works are sorted in descending order of votes,
latecomers are at the end of the list.
√ "FunTop number" - the number of the work when displayed on FunTop.
√ Preview is displayed only for pictures that fit into
memory. (see below)
───2. Technical Details -─-─-─-─-─-------------- ─ - - - - - -
√ RAM usage:
When loading, the viewer tries to pump into memory as much as possible
more pictures, therefore additional
memory Pentagon 512k, Profi, Scorpion 256k, ATM 1, Kay
256k/1024k, and some other pathologist (I don’t remember what it’s called) with
switch port 256k #7f5f bit0. Moreover, this was tested
only on Profi, Scorp and the above mentioned pathology, for
for the rest, everything was done “in theory”, so what about efficiency?
I can't guarantee it. If it's buggy, contact me. Preview
works only for pictures in memory, and viewing -
for everyone (what did you think? :-). When trying to view the picture,
which does not fit into RAM, an evil green inscription will light up
"Loading" and your disk drive will sink its sharp teeth into the disk. :-))
Owners of 48k (are there any of these left?) will have to break the bank -viewer requires at least 128k.
√ Disk usage:
To the delight of HDD owners, it is possible to configure the viewer
to work with the disk through #3d13, this is done with the “T” pedal.
The installation is written into the body of the program, and therefore not
I advise you to change the disk in the drive - the viewer does not track this and
Can screw up 1 sector when recording setup. Current installation
is displayed in the lower right corner of the screen. Turboloader works
only with TrDos v5.03 and compatibles, so if you have 5.01 -
use #3d13.
