Do the masses need a FAN newspaper?

ZXNet echo conference «zx.talking»

From Alex Letaev To All 2 August 2000

Hi, All! I was given 34 issues (1-34) of the FAN newspaper for further distribution. In non-archived form, this all takes more than a mega. Archiving is bad due to good internal packaging. How would you suggest distributing it? and how much per day, if according to ZX.UUE?
