From Kirill Frolov To Roman Petrov 13 June 1999

Press RESET immediately, Roman! 09 Jun 99 22:54, Roman Petrov wrote to Kirill Maksarov: RP> PS: '#' has always been a hex indicator. On the Spectrum and only in Gens, Zeus and several very ancient assemblers. The identifier of numbers in HEX was always the letter H at the end or 0x at the beginning. And about cool hackers: a hacker enters the elevator, but he needs to go to the 10th floor... ;-) Kirill Frolov. [ZX]

From Roman Petrov To Artur Podtelkoff 23 June 1999

Hello Arthur! On Friday June 18 1999 Artur Podtelkoff wrote to Roman Petrov: RP>> I am 16 years old, not 16 years old on the Spectrum. And on the Spectrum I'm 12 AP> It will be very interesting to know what games you played in 5, 7, AP> 10, 12 and 15 years old? :) And I would be interested to know why exactly these ages? :) Okay, let’s remember now: At 5 years old: Jumping Jack, Rifle Range, Glug-Glug, there was also some noise there the bee was flying, pollinating flowers, I don’t remember the name, something to do with Zoom, I think If anyone has it, please post it - I’ll remember my childhood :) At 7 years old: Soldier of Fortune, Jack the Nipper, Jet Set Willy, Maziacs, Arkanoid, Atic Attack, Bomb Jack, Exolon (I'm just a fan of this toy!) At 10 years old: Batman (all parts), Fighter Pilot, Robin of the Wood, Marauder, Elephant Antics (first part), Asterix, Deviants, Druid, Motos, Trap Door At 12 years old: Solomon's key, REX-1/2, Dizzy 3-6, Ninja Turtles (both), Elephant Antics (second part), Dan Dare (all), Bionic Commando, Quazatron, Saboteur II At 15 years old and around that: Ranarama, UFO (passed the first part 10 times), Dizzy 3-7,X, Seymour (all parts), Grand Prix II, 3D-Grand Prix, 48 irons, Winnie the Pooh. Well, I must add that half of them passed from age to age at least half of the games :) Now I don’t play anything at all, although it’s a cool gameIt can really take me away from all my work for a week or two. Black Raven took me away for 4 days, UFO II - for 2 weeks, Mirror - for a week, Kolobok Zoom - for a couple of days, but now I launch it once a week. PS: If only you knew how hard it was for me to remember the names of the games :) Exolon as many as 10 I remembered for a minute. Then I decided to dig up the ZX Review for '91, where there was a bunch pokes, that's where I remembered the names :) Bye, Arthur! Megus/Brainwave^X-Project. [ZX] [NeOS] [LMDF!]

From Roman Petrov To Denis Ognewsky 27 June 1999

Hello, Denis! On Friday June 25 1999 Denis Ognewsky wrote to Wladimir Bulchukey: RP>>> first demo and first music. DO> By the way, you write very good music. Throw something from DO> latest repertoire. The old one is worse... I just learned to work on music on a PC for a very long time and this one The habit has transferred to the Spectrum. My last 3 music: Forbidden Colors (by the way, dragged from the Amiga), Music for the Boot, Just a tune, written by after a very long break in writing music for Specky - about a year, perhaps. And, as you can see, I haven’t forgotten how to write at all. In ZXNET.UUE I can only upload something older, because... I’m writing something new now for our new one toys and nothing has been written yet. RP>>> wrote a toy (Chopper Duel). DO> I wrote this too. It flew by in ZX.SPECTRUM. I can send it to ZX.UUE. I saw that, in everyone’s opinion, we did it better :) Don’t be offended, this really so. Our helicopters can accelerate, in general they are almost a toy a complete copy of the original (they even made the gravity approximately the same - from a height 4 familiar places can fall and not break, as in the original). Bye, Denis! Megus/Brainwave^X-Project. [I.ZX] [NeOS]
