Hello johnny It's normal. Water and icebergs with their reflection in the water look good. But the shading (or whatever they are) with manual painting is somehow not very good. IMHO perspective and volume were lost. ZY Photoshop will save the father of democracy ;)

Hello johnny contour! the belly could be rounder, if only the penguin didn’t eat bricks, head too and a snowdrift behind the penguin. highlighted black outline around the penguin's body and around the beak there is excess. It’s not bad for a first drawing, but sometimes in competitions there are worse works.
