Is there a ZX screen restorer?

Hello, All So, is there a program on the PC that translates CORRECTLY (with colors and all that) zx-pictures, distilled into PC format (bmp, png, gif) back to Spec's native 6912 bytes? Or at least separately attributes 768, and separately b/w screen 6144?
