Hello fk0
I distilled one clip with Photoshop... 3000 frames...
programmed a macro:
open file;
size 256*192;
mode 1 bit;
close the file.
and enjoyed the flashing windows for 20 seconds.

Hello, All
How to convert (draw) a picture (animation) so that the quality is the same
like in Black Crow in the intro? Or how to get one like in the magazine intro
ZX-Format, for example in number 4 where the cube with the number 4 is spinning?
Maybe someone knows the sprites in CV were drawn in what editor...?

How to get video (on PC) is a separate question. Then convert to black and white
option (by the way, it is also possible in color - 3-color pictures) and dithering the name
Floyd-Sternberg, or whatever his name is...

Hello, rasmer
I probably didn't ask the question correctly...! I know how to port animation to
Spectrum and how to work with video studio... It’s not clear to me how (in what programs)
An animation was made (drawn) on PC...
Here's an example frame...

Hello, rasmer
ras> You won't believe it in ART STUDIO... but about how to make animation -
ras> Idika you on ...
I won’t believe it... because all the graphics are in tif files... and the converter is written from
tif in scr... I think it was drawn on PC... the sprites are just very high quality
animated...
I read everything on zxvideo.fatal.ru... my video was made in video studio..
it says triumph present, and in the background a bear growls from the game "Siberia"
torn... here...

Well, why 3dsMAX? I can recommend maya and light alloy, but I remember
there was also free true space... something simple was possible in trunkspace
draw...

We; for Clickmania the pictures were distilled like this:
In Photoshop you select B/W and then play with two teams in turn
Filter/Sharpness/Hard Edges and Filter/Sharpness/Sharper. Time from
time you try to make a 1-bit picture and see if you like it
result. If you don’t like it, you continue to play with the above-mentioned teams.
Depending on the picture, you can play with filters (before starting processing),
but this is rare.
Next, the picture must be corrected in Art Studio, with due skill on
One picture took several minutes.
Result: many people (and read in newspapers) believe that pictures and animation in
Clickmania hand drawn.

Hello, captain cobalt
You need to play with the conversion contrast.
If the conversion is by textures (ordered), then the pixels remain more or less
in their places. As a result, we get the possibility of compression using difference methods.
If the conversion is according to floyd-steinberg, then everything of course flickers, but with enough
fast animation (50fps) everything is smoothed out and looks just great
awesome. True, the memory consumption is also simply amazing %) And it is unsuitable for compression.

Hello Vitamin
If you are preparing graphics on a PC, then simply set the black and white mode to 256 by 192
pixel and everything will be okay
