I. Basic provisions.
1. These rules are created for regulation
behavior of participants in a subject echo conference in order to optimize
the entire process of exchanging information and maintaining order in it.
2. Echo topics:
a. Fishing and everything connected with it;
b. Outdoor activities;

II. Responsibilities and rights of participants.
1. Any participant in the echo conference, regardless of his

b. Drinking alcoholic beverages for the purpose of drunkenness.
(the moderator is a non-drinker, so allowances here

c. Other topics for which other echoes already exist.
