*Hello, All!*
About five days ago, in our area of the city, they poisoned the river with something.
People seem to be saying that a lot of fish have died - in such quantities that
This has not been seen for a long time.
And today I was in the garden and took a special trip to the river. Well, so what? Water level
half a meter above the summer level. Not a single dead fish anywhere, except
half-eaten 200-gram white bream on the shore. And most importantly - in
the river is full of bleak, and another fish of larger size is jumping (chub
probably). It was as if there had never been any harm.
There is only one conclusion - this is again at SUMZ (a copper smelting plant in the neighboring
city) a septic tank with sulfuric acid ruptured. By the way, the factory officially
They deny this, but some of my acquaintances are like employees of this
the enterprise knows, so the fact of a sump tank break is confirmed. And it's acid
such a thing - once in a river, it instantly reacts with organic matter and disintegrates into
insoluble precipitate of salts and hydrogen gas. Since this plant is along the river from
our garden upstream splashing and splashing with oars (15 kilometers
probably), then the poison simply didn’t reach the section of the river in the garden area
arrive in an active form.
So, there is nothing to worry about - there are still fish in the river. And in the middle and lower
flow even more so.
