*Hello, All!* The current Code of Administrative Offenses (CAO) in Article 11.7 reveals the concept of a small vessel: A small vessel should be understood self-propelled vessel of less than 80 gross tonnage with main engine with an output of less than 55 kilowatts (75 horsepower) or with outboard motors regardless of power, non-self-propelled sailing vessel gross with a capacity of less than 80 registered tons, as well as other non-self-propelled vessel (rowing boat with a carrying capacity of 100 kilograms or more, kayak with a carrying capacity of 150 kilograms or more and an inflatable vessel with a carrying capacity 225 or more kilograms). For example, my Ufimka-21 has a lifting capacity of 220 kg. Since this is a non-self-propelled inflatable vessel, then under the definition of a “small vessel” my the boat just doesn’t hit... But my friend’s is “Nyrok-3”, lifting capacity his boats are 320 kg. His “ship” is already a small vessel. /That’s all, All, you can scroll further.../
