My father bought a subject somewhere at the market and fried it. I didn't even eat it.
Although the fish is tasty, there are a lot of bones and everything is covered in oil (sunflower).
You'll get dirty while you eat.

So then you need to simmer it in oil with added vinegar for 4 hours, it will work out
canned food like sprats. And the bones don’t bother you, and they’re delicious.
In general, here in the Urals the people are mostly accustomed to eating bony fish for lunch

If you add a little mash to the dough, they say it will be greedily grabbed. One
an acquaintance told me that during his time gasoline (!) was added to the bread crumb,
very small quantities. And it was caught, and even better than with a regular one.
This crucian carp is a very cunning fish...

I have never tried this recipe. But to be honest, I don’t like it when
the fish has a lot of bones, albeit soft ones. The sprats are small, so they are not noticeable, but
saury or salmon - it's unpleasant there.

In principle, for such canned food they usually use small things - gudgeon, ruff,
perch, small chebak. But the big one, yes, is not suitable. It’s better to fry it like this and
eat... :)

In our large reservoirs it takes relatively poorly. A man from work to

By the way, a good flavoring agent is hemp. ;)
Dry or fresh leaves (you don’t need a lot) are crumpled with bread. The fish takes quite
ok.
