About the dangers of quotation marks in a subject

*Hello, All!*
People! Please do not use quotation marks in the "subject" field. Better -
apostrophes, or at least - tilde. I just have a gate in quotes
glitches (macros in the template require arguments with quotes, and here is the topic
contains quotes inside itself, and it turns out that half the topic is bitten off, otherwise
and generally throws the whole letter out).
So far I don’t know how to quickly solve this problem. Most likely the program
I’ll write it in Pascal, which will include nested quotes in the template with apostrophes
replace. But I forgot Pascal and wrote a book on it, so this will be
not soon.

why pascal? ugh, disgusting, ugh, damn!
This kind of trouble can be solved with sed.exe, or... yes, with anything, if necessary, describe it
What exactly do you need, I’ll send you a console tool :)
