Hello, All
I see the “advertising campaign” from AlCo in full force in the feed.
I would like to see what kind of Time Gal is this? Can anyone post an ISO?
┌─- CODE ───
AlCo: We continue our advertising campaign ;)
In case anyone hasn't guessed it yet, the sub game consists almost entirely of videos.
In it:
16 levels
142 videos
23 minutes in total
190 megabytes (packed 90 megabytes)
Video characteristics:
15 colors per point
10 fps
sound 17.5 kHz
The game was remade from one console, on which it came from a slot machine,
released in 1985 (!) by TAITO.
Now, after the release of the source code, any decent coder can do it in a ridiculous amount of time
make, for example, a video disc. Or a video demo. Or, if you push yourself,
video quest One week was enough for us, but then we had to sleep for a week.
Since Maxim Timonin is in no hurry to pick up his ATM from Shiru Otaku (we
borrowed it for a while - well, we don’t have our own ATMok, but CD emulation in Unreal
Speccy is buggy!), then, I believe, in the next few days those who wish can
coordinate with Shiru Otaku (not immediately run in crowds, but coordinate!) the moment
visits on the topic to check out this miracle with your own eyes. For Shiru phone see
Wolf2004.
Moscow ATM people, I believe, can easily download this miracle on CD,
because the project was created not in order to cut $, but so that on the ZXthere was a precedent for creating a game with a bunch of videos. And according to the code/script, it’s a subject game
relatively simple.

Hello icebear

Yes, that’s right (more precisely - 15 colors, since black and bright black are standard
Spectrum palette, and this is what is used, are equal to each other). Self
video is displayed in a 224x160 window with a screen resolution of 320x200 for ATM or 256x192
at the Pentagon. The remaining empty black space around the edges (by the way, why
Breeze pulled out only the cartoon output field itself, and not the entire screen with the indicated
fields?) is used to display arrows indicating actions that
must be done by the player.

secret, as part of work on OS TASiS v6.xx (there will be many, many graphics)

One of the two black ones can be used in various graphics programs

It’s just that AlCo wanted to make a game that runs equally on both ATM and

Obviously OS TASiS of all versions (so far officially the latest is v5.40) for T2+
only. For all other clones - her younger brother (in terms of capabilities and
versions. In terms of creation time, naturally, the eldest) iS-DOS Classic/Chic.
Regarding the flicker attribute: in ATM it is used only in a regular ZX screen. In
all other modes - instead of it, separate brightness levels for INK and PAPER have been released
(where these terms make sense).

I took screenshots :) anyone interested can get the archive here ->

I also decided to look for the original game and found it! for SegaCD!
The initial cartoon is similar to the one that was converted into the version on ZX. I mean
deterrence! although it's a little longer and a little different... but here's the game background!
completely different! (maybe the versions are different) everything here is drawn in solid colors! and
it's much nicer to convert to ZX!!!!!

Hello, alexeenko
In short, I don’t know. I did it differently.
took Alcohol 120%.
installed. grunted.
I downloaded cdrtools for Windows. there is such a thing as mkisofs.
In short, you set it on the folder with TimeGal, and it’s neat for you
timegal.iso does.
(in principle, you can make an iso-shnik using Alcohol itself, because you already
I recorded a CD, so you can make an image from it)
Then you slip it into Alcohol.
then in the anril config in Image1 you write this line
(I don’t remember where I got it from ;) but it works for my alcoholic)
I watched it in atm2-turbo mode (in the anril that I downloaded there is even a body file
special - atm2-turbo.cmd is called (and the config for it is
atm2_7_0MHz.ini))
So, then I spent a long time figuring out the ATM menu, but still managed
launch TimeGal.
(yes, of course via AMT boot)
further regarding TimeGal itself - the envelope is disgusting, they could have done it better.
although I was very pleased with the digital muse during the video - I can’t do that ;)

Hello, The Exploited
The Exploited
oh! how gentle we are!
But you still buy licensed software?
Yes, I could buy it, but they don’t sell it anywhere ;)
(and I don’t use it - Windows at work, at home - my own Linux
assembly)

Hello Sinus
Sin> GATSKI PIRATES!
:v2_devil; Yes; I'm a pirate of the Caribbean! :v2_devil;
If; it would be a "Buk" or "1C" forum - then the phrase - "GATSKI PIRATES!" would have
success.
NERO BURNING, Alcohol programs themselves promote piracy and illegal
copying to the masses and protecting them is a simple joke by programmers.

Hello icebear
The> Windows licensed.
I only have a licensed one on my laptop, and pirated ones on the other 3 computers. B
our country does not yet have the prerequisites for licensed programs, when will they become
cheaper than pirated versions, then I’ll buy licenses. Here's an example of a DVD in a store
Auchan is sold for 70-90 rubles with new high-quality film recordings. I'm with them
I'm happy to buy it. But this has not yet been observed with programs for the computer.
ice> Then Windows XP should also be assigned there.
1. WINDOWS XP pirated
2. SPECULATOR 6.25 pirated
3. WORD pirated
4. our forum is pirated
So we are all pirates!

Windows licensed. I won’t talk about the rest, because... I can easily
lie - you won’t check :)
but by the way this is offtopic.
According to the subject, you should download it, but there is no cheap channel yet. and one more question, huh?
Why does the game only exist in CD version? it would be possible to have a hdd version
do.

I meant that only with XP did direct support for all kinds of cutters appear. Yes
that it also promotes piracy :)

what's the point? there are original versions of the game, both for shogi and for Sonya (like
would). I think it’s easier to pull out from there, and the quality will be better ;)

Hello Sinus
Sin> original versions of the game, both for Shogi and Sonya
Do they have the same music and the same game name??? I'm just downloaded
I haven’t found all the sites with music from games and games there yet. But I'll go again
climb on the screw. Damn my screw is a dump, almost the Internet but without searching.
