Hello, All I downloaded the game shaolin's road from WoS, I tried it on different emulators, when loading in 48 mode it always resets, never started... remember on in real life, with a friend in the 90s, they loaded from a cassette, there seemed to be some mistakes then, but a friend downloaded it after the tenth attempt.. Why now he can’t boot? It can't be that the version is broken! here is this file... File: SHAO_LIN.ZIP http://zx.pk.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=4569

Hello, goodboy The same WoS contains the original version with music under 128Kb.

From Victor Chuprov To All 11 February 2007

Hello, goodboy It resets for me in both 48 and 128 modes... I just think it’s the same for everyone or only for me. Also, as they used to say about the incomplete compatibility of the original brand speck and our clone, I think it should work on the branded one....

From Victor Chuprov To All 11 February 2007

Hello, goodboy I ran it on Spectaculatore 6.25... Unreal 0.35b2, ZX-MAK...

From Victor Chuprov To All 11 February 2007

Hello, goodboy It’s just strange, why doesn’t it work at 48 in the 128 model?

From Victor Chuprov To All 11 February 2007

Hello Slider I have nothing against your version, just nostalgia..

From Victor Chuprov To All 11 February 2007

Hello Lethargeek What is SPIN?

From Victor Chuprov To All 11 February 2007

Hello Costa The original was not widespread in our city at that time, there was exactly that version which does not work on 128 machines, so I set out to try it, because I remembered that it didn’t even load on the 48th computer, at least for me, from a friend later after he switched the tape recorder output to another channel it started loading. Memories want to return to the original that they encountered when this was the first time.....and the first time it was an iron computer case ZX-Spectrum 48k joystick and tape recorder, just purchased cassette with this game and the torment of loading by selecting the azimuth of the head, cleaning with alcohol....... :)

Hello Vitron Yes, naturally, what’s not to like about my version? It's not that often that I come across games in which the definition of 128 is done through g. There I cured him. Checked it again just now - everything works correctly as in 128 and 48. Use the domestic one!.. ;)

From poisoned cyberjack To All 11 February 2007

Hello Vitron What is it about the version from BrokimSoft that doesn’t suit you? (http://trd.speccy.cz/gamez/s/SHL_ROAD.ZIP), if it’s not a secret??? [what a creepy game - oops =)]

From goodboy To All 11 February 2007

Hello, psndcj I tried it on an emulator - it resets in 128th mode, and not in 48th as you wrote :eek; version; It can very easily be broken, this is not a proprietary option

From goodboy To All 11 February 2007

Hello Vitron figured it out: v2_finge; V; this version does not have the 128th block, the mode check is done rather strangely ld a,(#004b) cp #bf in the 48th ZX at this address #bf, and in the 128th, regardless of the mode, another number (it turns out that in the ZX128 the 48th ROM is different from the ZX48 the game considers that it is running in mode 128 and goes to the page where naturally there is no block, because the version is left

From goodboy To All 11 February 2007

Hello Vitron I'll try to figure out this TAR, what did you run it on?

From goodboy To All 11 February 2007

Hello Vitron I remember when my friend’s ZX broke down, he just put on the cassette and listened loading sounds

From goodboy To All 11 February 2007

Hello Vitron spin is another emulsion, a really strange situation: v2_conf2:

From Dmitry Malychev To All 11 February 2007

Hello Vitron SPiN launches only if you select the 48K model (and not the 48K to 128K mode!)

From Andrey Polikhanenko To All 12 February 2007

Hello Vitron Vit> I have nothing against your version, just nostalgia.. I'm against nostalgia for broken versions. As soon as I remember, it’s so terrifying: without pictures, as long as an infection, without 128 blocks. I even have full versions like When I make releases, I’m so shocked by what’s going on there sometimes. And the loading sounds - YES! And The theme itself is a tape recorder, that's all... Rulez, naturally!!! :v2_cool:
