So this is not a myth...
At one time, a demo version of the Plutonium game was published in the 23rd Spectrophone.
As it turned out, the full version of the game already existed in 97, but
for certain reasons (the collapse of XL-Design) it was not widely
distribution, if anyone saw it at all ;) So, the full version
Plutonia from Twin Peaks! Adventure with an interface similar to Star Heritage.
