It is highly advisable to draw several options at different scales, namely 256pix/160pix/40pix horizontally (well, optional exactly as much, in approximately the same proportions). The logo can also be drawn on a PC, but with a maximum of 4 colors per attribute. I don't think PC people will be at it have a great advantage, because, I repeat once again, The idea and style are important, not the number of colors and sophistication.
