I remembered the emulator and compared the /1900 locale traffic and the general zkhnet traffic...
if there are 100-150-(200) messages per day... then here..

and since there are practically no real people and the vicomm part of the network is dying, then
traffic is small. Traffic is supported only by emulators, which are here
