From a “narrow polytechnic” festival over time it turned into a large city festival a gathering where poets and performers from Moscow, Murmansk, and Velikiy come Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod, Chelyabinsk, Elektrostal, Arzamas-16, Novosibirsk and other cities of our vast homeland.
