In the course of painful thoughts, how to make it take up less space and
the quality remained, I did the following:
1. Download a very large file:

for example ILUSION (it weighs only 8.60 mb)
Its sound quality = 320 kbit/sec 48 khz
2. In the program Alt WAV MP3 WMA OGG I transfer it to WAF (35 mb)
3. In the same program I convert the received WAF to MP3, in 360 kbit/sec quality.
44 khz Size..... waaaaaaaaaaaal 4.23 mb
