Normal description of the PT3 format...

Hello, All Damn... I killed a lot of time to get to the bottom of this!!! I have a description PT3 format, which I have repeatedly seen here on the forum. One of the two, or the description is useless, or versions of PT3.xxx.x.x.x.xxx.xx.x changed the format. I had to go to the method, in the description: #1x, Henv, Lenv, smp*2 - change the sample number and turn on the envelope type x-1 with period Lenv+256*Henv. When the envelope is turned on it is initialized, i.e. a new period begins! x-1 and doesn't smell, just X!!! Moreover, if X = 0, then Henv, Lenv in general missing. Let's assume that this is indeed absurd; in the absence of an envelope there is no need and set the env value, but why is the env value read at X=15? In addition, after much poking around, I found out that Vortex Tracker and PT3 load the module differently. And, accordingly, they sound different. It seems that I have achieved that my editor loads the same way as PT3. But still, Does anyone have a human description?
