Hello, All
I would like to know if it is possible to convert AY Mouzon to MP3 Mouzon? This is for me
I need to then copy the MP3 onto a disc and listen to it in the car. :v2_walkm: Otherwise
I don’t want to listen to everyone there.
Moreover, it is desirable that you can take music from the collection of S. Bulba and
transfer the whole thing to WINDOWS XP. If anyone has already done this miracle
please write the translation technology.

In the AY emulator, go to the playlist and select with the right button
convert to WAV, then you can convert the resulting WAV into any available program
mp3.

Hello, alexeenko
convert to WAV in the AY emulator itself
then open the resulting file in an audio editor
(I prefer soundforge 4.5)
do DC-adjust (auto)
then normalize (max level)
and save
then encode it to mp3
(I prefer imtooCDripper)
set the encoding quality to maximum, bitrate from 160
stereo mode -> dual mono
and enjoy the result!

I would let the sub, but local drug addicts :v2_blink:, that’s all they’re waiting for

let it go and finally attach ((with) CPU)! :)

Maaaaa... :v2_blink; For what; do this? Just export to wav and immediately
press, Lame or AudioActive Pro (if in mp3). Do not do any normalizations
It’s worth it, by the way, all this kills the sound. Apart from, of course, even recalculation from
an increase of two, three, etc. times. You just need to choose the volume level
close to the maximum, but not exceeding it. And the software reverbs, that too
Rare nasty stuff. It’s better to drive all this through a good card to a tube
cascade, to insulate it and then into a decent reverb, and record again. You can
first on tape, and then digitize from it.
Perversion? In general - yes. :v2_wacko; But; helps. :v2_biggr:

On 16-bit normalize, no sound kills, especially in modern
editors that scale with interpolation :v2_smile:

And; at 32 floating point it kills perfectly, and modern times are not for them
helps.

Arguments to the studio!
The error of even integer scaling at 16 bits will be within
within 0.002%, which is impossible to hear by ear. Not to mention
scaling with interpolation...

Hello Titus
and say goodbye to noise generation. I don’t even listen to normal rock in mp3
I can do it at normal sound - the crunch instead of the percussion sound infuriates me.

Hello, alexeenko
I read your messages here and did the same as Alexeenko. True, when
There is a transfer from AY to Wav. I was amazed by the file size. But after conversion
from wav to mp3 the size became normal: the post decreased by 10 times :)

Hello Savage
Sav> Regarding the emulator: which one do you have? I have an Emulator AY-3-8910/12.
He is alone, there are no others.
Try playing it on a WAV player.
If the same thing happens, then throw out either the headphones or the player. =)

Sav> What is bitrade?
Bitrate is the amount of compression; the lower, the worse the sound will be (blurring,
extraneous noise, etc.), for AY
I advise you not to set it below 224.
What kind of acoustics do you have on your PC?

I still don’t understand, the same music sounds “ok” on a PC, but it sounds bad on the player?
So maybe it’s better to change the player?
What bitrate are you using?

Hello new art
Soundcard: NVIDIA (R) nForce(TM) Audio
Acoustics: 2 speakers + subwoofer from Edifier
Regarding the emulator: which one do you have? I have an Emulator AY-3-8910/12. I press
right-click on the melody of interest in the playlist, click on Convert
in Wav, then a .wav file is created with a huge size (about 50MB), I launch
program Alt WAV MP3 WMA OGG and convert to MP3. Bitrade costs 320

I do the same thing and the music plays pretty clean. Sound from the speaker
the column shimmers, splashes all the effects. Tried on speakers: GENIUS;
MICROLAB SOLO 3 MK 3. In the car, too, everything spits normally and does not hiss. Maybe
The player's headphones can't handle it? After all, AY even tears up the speakers. Maybe they got drunk
from splashing. Try plugging other ears into the player. If it doesn't work, then
The player's amplifier does not work.

Hello Savage
Sav> Bitrate costs 320
This is most likely the point! There are players (for example, like mine :)
) which do not support MP3s with a bitrate higher than 192 kbps. Therefore I suggest you
reduce the bitrate to 192 or 128 (oh horror), it might work.
