Hello All!
Printer for Spectrum.
Selling a Radium printer, also known as Electronics MC6312M.
This is a clone of some HP. You can put Soviet ones in it
heads MS-6902, MS-6902.01, MS-6902.02, MS-6902.03 and
heads from "HEWLET PACKARD" N 51604A, 51605R(G,B),
51616A, 92261A
A4, can also print on a roll. 8 needles.
It makes a maximum of more than 130 characters per line.
There is a book with a description of the commands and a diagram.
Its interface is almost Centronics, but for working under
MSDOS/Windows you need to assemble an adapter (when selling

The only 8-pin printer I know of is the Polish D-100, ripped from
some kind of Robotron. Everywhere is usually 9 x 11.
And the subject has a familiarity matrix of 12 x 16 points.

I cleaned it of dust - it doesn't help. Dropped some grease onto the guide -
no use.

Cockroaches live in operating equipment because it is warm.

Have you looked at the power supply (at the stabilizer outputs)?
Maybe the electrolytes there have dried up?
Could there be a problem with the magnetic carriage position sensor?
Maybe one of the motor windings is not working (due to bad connectors ;)
Does sheet or line translation work?
Are you trying to take a self-test?
Maybe quartz?

These heads do not go to the MS - the voltage there is not the same - they need 24V for each nozzle, but in
MC is only 12V - so it turns out that the head does not spin up to the required thrust.
Some craftsmen know how to remake things - but you have to look for them...
